Energy sector is still at the bottom of the scale in terms of customer service quality

Despite recording some serious improvements over the past few years, the energy sector still ranks at the bottom of the customer service satisfaction charts, a recent survey has been able to reveal.

The latest UK Customer Satisfaction Index by The Institute of Customer Service (UKCSI) shows the utility sector has improved by 1.5 points, the greatest improvement from 13 industries that were measured, but is still at the bottom of the index with a score of 70.9 out of 100.

The study also claims 45% of utilities customers haven’t reported an existing problem as they “didn’t think it would make a difference”.

Given these facts, it’s perhaps the best time for every energy consumer to start investing in a solution that will enable them to slash their energy bills and exert more control.

This is specifically where the HeatingSave Building Energy Management System can help, as it will slash your energy bills by 20% to 30%+ by helping you run your heating more efficiently, while also taking into account a variety of factors, such as internal and external temperatures, flow and return temperatures, occupancy, etc.
