Cut your heating and energy bills by 20% to 30%+ AND save up to £5,000 off of your HeatingSave system upgrade / extension costs

The HeatingSave ethos has remained unchanged over the years – to cut your heating and energy bills by 20% to 30%+. We are constantly improving our hardware and software solutions in order to achieve this, but we are also looking into various other ways to help you cut costs– including finding the most suitable funding opportunities.

For this reason, we have become registered suppliers for the Low Carbon Workspaces, a project funded by The European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) that helps small and medium sized businesses (non-public sector organisations with fewer than 250 employees and a turnover less than 50 million Euros) to cover a third of the cost of making energy efficiency improvements.

Low Carbon Workspaces offers grants of between £1,000 and £5,000 to help pay for the installation of energy saving solutions, including HeatingSave Building Management Systems.

In order to access this type of funding, you will have to:

  • Contact HeatingSave and provide your exact requirements (new system / system upgrade / system extension/etc.)
  • HeatingSave will conduct a site survey and provide you with a quote
  • HeatingSave will then introduce you to Low Carbon Workspaces, who will help you complete your Application Form and gather your energy data
  • The grant panel assesses / approves your application (usually within 3 or 4 days)
  • HeatingSave undertakes the work and the you pay the full sum quoted
  • You then provide Low Carbon Workspaces the evidence that you’ve paid and then Low Carbon Workspaces will pay you the grant (within 18 days)

HeatingSave – the perfect building management system (BMS) for retrofit projects and new installs

Energy management systems might represent a sizable investment for any company, but the rapidly rising energy prices can actually deliver a very rapid return on investment, experts in the field have argued.

A recent paper on this topic has argued that over half of firms have appointed a senior director to manage energy spending and implement energy efficiency measures.

The range of energy saving programmes directors can vary largely, depending on the available funding, the company’s size, premises, site specifics.

However, regardless of the particular approach, directors who are serious about slashing their energy bills will need to consider retrofitting their premises in some way, whether we’re talking about putting in renewable energy measures or more complex Building Energy Management Systems.

An energy management and monitoring system can help companies stay on top of their energy usage and reduce their overall bills by running their light/heating systems in an optimum manner.

If you’d like to find out just how easy it is for your company to cut carbon emissions and save in excess of 30% on your energy bills, then contact us, and we’ll be more than happy to provide you all the necessary information.
